We are glad that this unique seminar is jointly organised by Information Technology Committee, Committee for Members in Industry and Committee on Internal Audit of SIRC of ICAI. The venue of the program is ICAI Bhawan, Brahmayya Memorial Hall, Chennai. Risk-based audit (RBA) is an approach to audit that is gaining significance in the recent past. RBA analyses audit risks, sets materiality thresholds based on audit risk analysis and develops audit programmes that allocate a larger portion of audit resources to high-risk areas. The entire session is webcast to leverage knowledge using technology.
